Project Description

PE Foam
PE foam, or polyethylene foam, is a type of closed-cell foam made from polyethylene resin. It is characterized by its lightweight structure, excellent cushioning properties, and resistance to moisture, chemicals, and temperature fluctuations. PE foam is produced through a process of extrusion or chemical expansion, resulting in a material with a fine, uniform cell structure.

PE foam is commonly used for packaging applications due to its cushioning properties, protecting fragile items during shipping and handling. It is also utilized in industries such as automotive, construction, sports, and healthcare for purposes such as insulation, sealing, padding, and shock absorption.

PE foam is available in various forms including sheets, rolls, and custom shapes, and it can be easily cut, shaped, and laminated to meet specific requirements. Additionally, it is recyclable, making it an environmentally friendly choice for packaging and other applications.
