Project Description

Flocking
Flocking foam refers to a type of foam material that has been coated or covered with small fibers, often made of nylon or polyester, through a process called flocking. Flocking involves applying adhesive to the surface of the foam and then electrostatically attaching the fibers to create a uniform and dense covering. This results in a soft, velvety texture on the surface of the foam, providing benefits such as enhanced aesthetics, improved grip, cushioning, and sound dampening properties. Flocking foam is commonly used in various applications including automotive interiors, packaging, upholstery, and specialty products like jewelry boxes and display stands.
